


This beautiful pool home is officially under contract, and we are now heading toward closing!
From the moment it hit the market, buyers responded quickly—multiple offers came in during the first weekend, and we even set a new open house attendance record for my listings. The home’s condition, care over the years, and thoughtful updates made a strong first impression right away.
But one of the most memorable parts of this sale came from a creative marketing twist: the dino hunt.
We hid dinosaur figurines throughout the listing photos as a fun way to engage buyers online—and it worked. One buyer shared that their dinosaur-loving son spotted them immediately and kept coming back to the listing, excitedly searching for each hidden dino. Between that and the sparkling pool, he was already imagining life in the home.
While the dinos certainly added a memorable spark, it was really the sellers’ pride of ownership, consistent maintenance, and improvements that made this home stand out in a competitive weekend.
