We officially have a second owner to this John Merrill Home! After only one day on the market, this rare newer construction home was under contract with a full price offer. Although there were some bumps along the way, we were able to make it to the closing table. As the sellers move on to a new chapter, the new buyers will get to make new memories in the home.
